Hi! My name is Fannie, and I’m a NYC based actor, director, writer, and casting director.
I graduated Magna Cum Laude from Cornell with a BA in Performing and Media Arts and Psychology, and am interested in the intersection of the two. I love slice of life films, and capturing the mundane and the vulnerable in an honest, sensitive way.
Throughout college, I have acted in over fifteen shorts and directed three. I also directed The Dream of the Burning Boy and my senior thesis, Stupid F**king Bird.
I love the intimacy of simply existing alongside the characters. I draw inspiration from films such as Before Sunrise, 20th Century Women, The Worst Person in the World, Boyhood, and Portrait of a Lady on Fire.
